In the spirit of openness with our guests — a short note about how some of the imagery on this website is created.

At Mimino Resto-Bar we care about presenting our food and hospitality honestly. Some of the visual materials on this website may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) for illustrative and promotional purposes — for example, decorative or mood imagery around dishes and the venue.

What this means

  • Certain images may be AI-generated or AI-assisted rather than conventional photographs.
  • Such imagery is used to convey the style and atmosphere of our cuisine, not necessarily to depict one exact plate as served on a given day.
  • We aim not to present a synthetic image as a genuine photograph of a specific real dish, place or person in a way that could mislead you.
  • Menu descriptions, prices and contact details are factual information about the restaurant.

EU AI Act (Article 50)

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act introduces transparency requirements for certain AI-generated content, which apply from 2 August 2026. These requirements focus on specific categories — such as deepfakes and certain AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest — and are subject to the applicable rules and exceptions.

Ordinary illustrative or promotional AI-generated food imagery does not automatically require an individual “AI-generated” label on every image. Where a specific piece of content falls within a category that does require disclosure, an appropriate marking should be provided directly on that content — a general privacy or transparency page is not a substitute for such a required on-content disclosure.

We provide this page voluntarily, in the interest of transparency. It is meant to inform, not to raise concern about the quality or authenticity of our food and service.
